Do you know that those undigested life experiences in you create chronically stagnated Fear and Anxiety, therefore stress?
Those are unresolved experiences, perhaps because you were a child who lacked the power to cope with the emotions caused by the events that occurred in your life. But that is your past.
In many cases, the event was harmful to your nature, who you naturally are, which is your right to be, which is given by God.
But one person or a group of people around you challenged or suppressed your nature intentionally or unintentionally. Left you unsolved, a feeling that mined deep inside your inner being. Every time the memory surfaced, you suppressed it even deeper in your heart, afraid to confront it. However, the fear was created when you were a little child, when you lacked sufficient understanding to comprehend it. But today, you are a wise and intelligent person whom you have grown into, so you are ready to open Pandora’s box hidden within you. Right?
Because the fear weighs heavily on your heart and makes you feel stuck, you lack the sense of freedom to improve the good side of yourself, which can lead to a better life and greater success. You believe that. However, you have not taken the necessary action to achieve your ideal life.
Many people tend to seek answers through a psychological healing approach to shift their thought process. However, your brain’s tendency does not allow you to change. Why?
Our Brain has the primary objective of conserving our life force energy to survive. So, when your body has not stored enough energy, your brain cannot operate to help you explore and become a new version of yourself.
Have you had a similar experience? You went to a healing retreat, workshop, or meditation practice to clear emotional stagnation and trauma. Successfully, you complete the process, so you think you have finished with the trauma. But a few months or years later, the familiar feeling surfaced inside you again. I know that feeling very well. Then you start wondering what’s happened to me? I thought I finished with it a long time ago.
Right? It happens because you did not complete the cycle of change. What does it mean?
