Tuesdays at 12 pm (75min), Improve your Sensory & Motor Function for a better Posture Balance – Body, Mind & Soul Oneness. This class is more based on the Feldenkrais Method, a neuroplasticity approach. Please read the program below.
Wednesdays at 2:00 pm (90min), Posture Balance focusing on abdominal function to improve your overall posture – Learn to move with the Center of Gravity. This class combines fitness exercises, Pilates, and the Feldenkrais Method.
