Program:
Posture Balance is an organized physical movement education program designed to improve your posture and overall well-being. It is based on Makiko’s 25 years of experience in successfully helping her clients address anatomical and neurological imbalances using blended techniques, including the Feldenkrais Method, Dance Movement, Pilates, and Infant Movement Development. The class is designed to harness the Brain’s neuroplasticity to rewire Sensory and Motor Functions and correct unhealthy movement and posture habits. It helps you to align Digestive and Brain functions through your nervous system, resulting in improved neurological health. As such, Posture Balance focuses on specific themes (musculoskeletal systems, organ functions, emotions, somatic psychology, and others) to improve overall health.
The classes are designed to help you discover how to maximize your body’s use. So, listening, sensing, and then moving is the best way to improve yourself, rather than by watching and copying others’ movements.

This class is segmented into 5 to 8 weeks, depending on the theme/focus.
Series 1. 6 weeks -March 10 to April 14th, Improve Your Relationship With The Universe, improving Your Inhale & Exhale
Series 2. 5 weeks – April 21st to May 19th, How To Listen To Our Bodies Better, improving awareness of the coronal plane
Series 3. 6 weeks – June 2nd to July 7th, Freeing Your Communication Chakra, freeing your tongue, jaw, and neck
Series 4. 6 weeks – July 14th to August 18th: Cultivate Your Positive Subconscious Mind, reorganize your eyes, head, and feet
The themes for the later series will be determine and announced later.

Please note: registration is accepted for each series.

Recording access with a written instruction is provided by email within 48 hours after each class ends. Your access to the recording is permitted for up to 14 days from the day the link is sent to your email address.
Both payments are non-refundable for any reason. The completion of the payment constitutes your agreement with the NHA Policy.

If you need to pay with a bank check, please mail it to Natural Healing Artists, Inc. The mailing address is 41 Union Square West, Suite 406, New York, NY 10003. The check remittance is to Natural Healing Artists, Inc.
Please make sure that the check arrives by Friday before the new series starts.
