Series 1.  6 weeks -March 10 to April 14th,

Opportunity – Posture Balance Class – Tuesday 12 pm via Zoom !

The 1st series will focus on the theme of Improve Your Relationship With The Universe, improving Your Inhale & Exhale

Inhale and exhale…. can you properly both inhale and exhale ? Do you notice which function is better or worse?

When someone tell you to breath, what do you do?  Most people think that inhale deeper as they expand the chest forward which is only the half of lungs.

So, when you do this, what’s happen to the back side of your lungs? Do they also expand?

Truth is when you protruded the chest forwards your function of inhaling is disrupted, means you are not inhaling better.

Our Rib cage mechanism is directly interacting with the thoracis vertebras.

When the vertebras can not be elongated properly, your ribcage can not expand to inhale properly. So which means that protruding the chest forward by creating tension on the back side of the ribcage does not let you inhale more air into the lungs.

The fact of lungs and ribcage are; when inhale, both of them expand toward back and sides more than forward, as the diaphragm elongated toward the pelvic floor. The pelvic floor is called 2nd diaphragm. Why?  because it’s movement coordinated with the diaphragm to elongated downward.

When this happens between vertebras also elongated to make space, in between them, so that you can rotate your body freely as your intention to do so. Also the abdominal muscles elongated when the proper alignment is maintained.  All together create a cylindrical movement !

Additionally, when you try to protrude the chest forward, what’s happen to the both shoulders? They are rolled towards back, therefore, the side of chest expansion is interrupted. This interruption can cause a back pain.

When we are curious to know something outside of our inner field, those two diaphragms opens vertically by inhaling and welcoming  outside world into your home ( your inner being).  So, our sensory nervous system can learn and experience something new. Freshly  stimulated nervous system can increase our intelligence by learning and digesting the new sensations.

This is how we improve our relationship with the universe by accepting and understanding whatever the universe offer to us. Without a proper functions of inhale and exhale, it is difficult to gain access to the universe.

Exercise taught in this series of classes are designed for your to regain a better functions of breathing by understanding the cylindrical mechanism of ribcage and thoracic vertebras for proper inhale and exhale by accessing your sensory and motor functions.
