Schedule
Tuesdays at 12 pm (75min), Back to Tummy Time to Improve your Sensory & Motor Function for a better Posture Balance – Body, Mind & Soul Oneness. This class is more based of Feldenkrais Method, a neuroplasticity approach.
Wednesdays at 2:00 pm (90min), Posture Balance focusing on abdominal function to improve your overall posture – Learn to move with the Center of Gravity. This class combines fitness exercises, Pilates, and the Feldenkrais Method.

Every 6 sessions will have a main theme/ focus.
Series 1. March 10 to April 14th, Improve your Awareness of Spine and rotator function
Series 2. April 21st to May 26th, Flexible hip joints for a healthy digestion
Series 3. June 2nd to July 7th, Fingers, elbows, and shoulders for better breathing

Recording access is provided by email within 48 hours after each class ends. Your access to the recording is permitted for up to 14 days from the day the link is sent to your email address.

Program:
Posture Balance is an organized physical movement education program designed to improve your posture and overall well-being. It is based on Makiko’s 25 years experience of successfully helping her clients address anatomical and neurological imbalances using blended techniques, including, Feldenkrais Method, Dance Movement, Pilates, and Infant Movement Development. The class is designed to access the Brain’s neuroplasticity ability to rewire Sensory and Motor Functions, and correct unhealthy movement and posture habits. It helps you to align Digestive and Brain functions through your Nerve system resulting in improved neurological health. As such, Posture Balance focuses on specific themes (muscular skeletal systems, organ functions, emotions, somatic-psychology and others) for overall improved health.
